These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Manly.Health website, operated by RPhAlly, Inc. d/b/a Manly.Health. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Manly.Health is — and is not

Manly.Health is an independent men's-health education and marketing brand. We are not a medical provider, pharmacy, or telehealth service, and we do not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice, prescribe medications, or dispense products. All clinical services — medical intake, clinician evaluation, prescribing (where appropriate), pharmacy fulfillment, and shipping — are provided by our partner, Altro Health, and its affiliated licensed clinicians and pharmacies, under Altro's own terms.

No medical advice

Content on this site is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, does not create a clinician-patient relationship, and should not be relied on for diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician with questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here.

Prescription treatments

Treatments described on this site are available only by prescription where required and only if a licensed clinician (through Altro) determines they are appropriate for you. We make no guarantee that any treatment will be prescribed, will be effective, or is suitable for you. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

The Altro relationship

When you choose to begin, you will be directed to Altro's platform to create an account and complete your care. Your relationship for clinical services is with Altro and its affiliated providers, governed by Altro's terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to review. Manly.Health may receive a fee in connection with services facilitated through Altro.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The Manly.Health name, content, and design are owned by RPhAlly, Inc. d/b/a Manly.Health or its licensors. Product images and certain materials are provided by Altro/its licensors and used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without permission.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPhAlly, Inc. d/b/a Manly.Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
