This notice explains how health information is handled in connection with services accessed through Manly.Health.

Manly.Health is not a HIPAA covered entity for your care

Manly.Health is an education and marketing brand and does not provide healthcare, does not create or receive your protected health information (PHI), and is not your healthcare provider. Because we do not collect or process your medical information, Manly.Health itself does not maintain PHI about you.

Altro handles your protected health information

Your medical intake, clinical records, prescriptions, and related health information are collected and maintained by Altro Health and its affiliated licensed clinicians and pharmacies. Altro is responsible for the privacy and security of that information under HIPAA and applicable law. Altro's Notice of Privacy Practices governs how your PHI is used and disclosed and describes your rights regarding that information. Please review Altro's HIPAA Authorization directly.

Your rights regarding health information

Rights concerning your PHI — including access, amendment, an accounting of disclosures, and the ability to request restrictions — are exercised through Altro as the custodian of that information. Contact Altro to exercise these rights.

Information you share with us directly

If you voluntarily send us non-clinical information (for example, an email inquiry), that information is handled under our Privacy Policy, not as PHI. Please do not send us medical details; direct those to Altro through its secure platform.
